The University

More noir! The University is the city's institute of higher learning, and some of those guys are ridiculously smart...like the professor here, who claims he has found the truth about the city in complicated mathematical formulas.

Duncan wanted an Einstein-like character for this, so I tried to oblige. Originally, I concepted him with a gun, but I was informed the most dangerous thing about this guy is how boring his lectures are. Heh.
