Another in the new batch for the noir-ish RPG depicting members of the various groups active in the setting. This is a member of the Business--high-roller gangsters who sell sin and vice throughout the city--sitting down to a game of cards, and an offer of drink and drugs in high-rise with an overview of the misty city beyond.
